Never implied remotely that it shouldn’t have been traumatic for her but the fact that it’s unusual or scandalous in the larger societal context. It wasn’t talked about as much then but it was still prevalent. That is what I’m referring to.

so why are people inventing stories about him forcing her into an abortion? he is allowed to voice his opinion about not being ready for a baby

The vibes in here are getting very pro-lifey and conservative. Even down the people who are putting all the weight of the decision into Justin’s hands as if Britney (women) don’t have bodily autonomy. As others have said, this is a VERY common situation with straight couples. One wants the baby, other one doesn’t. Ultimately it is the woman who rightfully decides, and Britney chose to not have it.

 

Saying he “gaslight” her is insane. If anything her realizing he didn’t want the child while she initially wasn’t opposed to it probably made her realize that Justin wasn’t the forever-partner she thought he was and that made her not want to have a baby with him yet.
