Honestly BURNITUP! could have been way better without Missy.

Not her best verse for sure :gaycatx: We needed a Nicki remix :gaycat:

They really dropped the ball by not releasing it as a single and giving it a video

That part still gets me. It had all the potential I’ll never understand. :dies:

Not Dammn Baby - worst song on the album, aged like spoiled milk - being the second most voted song:rip:

And it's not even like the video is clouding yall's judgement because it's just as bad as the song :biblionana:

It was DOA but she snapped with that first verse. :eli:

Damn, ya same ol' song
Is draggin' me down
Not good for my body
Change it up
'Cause it ain't nothing like
Having your own ID
My lanes been stuck
I've never been afraid
To switch oh no not me
And they show me love
For being original

I know Britney and Ciara had to bop to this one in private. :jonny:

Love the album, especially how personal it is. It was so refreshing to hear that side of her after the last few projects.

I personally would rather wait for her to be inspired to release a project than have her phone it in and give us another Discipline.

It was a lukewarm album but I still use it.

broken hearts heal and take me away are the ones I revisit most

In 2015 no sleep should have had drake instead of j cole And Burn it Up would have slayed with Nicki instead of missy

Her Muslim era.
I got the cd when I saw her perform in San Francisco.

I can't believe it's been so long already, time is just flying by. I had the Target Edition in my closet, that I found when I cleaned it out several weeks ago. I don't even remember buying it; I forgot I had it and I had been streaming the standard version all of this time. :deadbanana2:

My top three from the album are "Dammn Baby," You Shoulda Known Better" and "Take Me Away." It's such a solid album from start to finish.

She should have just made this the official video for BurnItUp, similar to how Justin Bieber wasn't appearing in his videos in 2015 either.

Anyways, love Unbreakable, No Sleeep, Take Me Away, Promise of You, Shoulda Known Better

Hate Dammn Baby.

Night

No Sleeep (Solo) - J Cole’s verse is horrible and adds nothing to the song

Take Me Away

Lessons Learned

Dream Maker/Euphoria

She did that!! Shame we didn’t get more videos/singles.

Broken Hearts Heal

After You Fall

No Sleep

:worship2:

Those are the ones I go back to. I don't connect to this album much for some reason, the production sounds suer dated in some parts.

I'll give it a re-listen tonight.

I love the Unbreakable album.

"No Sleeep", "Night", and "Broken Hearts Heal" are the songs I revisit from the Unbreakable album the most but I also love the songs "The Great Forever", "Take Me Away", "Black Eagle", and "Gon' B Alright". It is a bonus track but I also love the song "Promise Of You".

No Sleeep (solo version) remains the best song on the album.

Love Janet but this album makes me fall asleep.

The Great Forever and 2 B Loved  are great though.

I love it! It's just not in my top three. And she's only performed it in 2017, that's a shame.

I only recently got into the title track. Production reminds me of some old Kanye or Common song, very good. And Obv No Sleeep is the best one on the album.

It has a few cheesy moments. None of them are offensive, though. Overall, very solid and still the best album amongst her and her peers that was released when they were in their late 40s or older.
