Agora Hills is SOOOO good, see how anyone can produce this type of track and succeed? Dr Luke is over :clap3:and y’all misogynistic gays who support him cause he’s “talented” are too!

Planet Her did 27,644,281 streams.

Still stands as the highest debut for a female rap album. Not sure if Scarlet ends up doing more than this once counter streams are out

At least Paint The Town Red will return to #1 and stay there until October :clap3:

Yeah, the numbers are really bad. It’s a good album regardless hopefully it can grow on the casuals.

She definitely lost some of her fanbase she built from Hot Pink to Planet Her with her past antics.

Doja always been about growing and longevity hopefully this Scarlet era goes the same way. It’s a brilliant statement album.

Some of you are doing a bit too much, the Planet Her and Scarlet comparisons need to stop. There are probably maximum 3 ear worms on this album as opposed to 15 ear worms on Planet Her… the numbers were never going to outpeak naturally.

Agora will grow and be a hit, and hopefully one more from this album too before the era closes.

So, no #1 this time :doc:

A bit of a shame about the numbers, but she's never been known for huge debuts, she always grows over time, so time will tell :michael:

Honestly though, she could be bombing even harder and I wouldn't give a ****, cause I love the album so much - the music bops and that's what matters :jamming:

If having the number 1 song is flopping then I’ll take it:clap3: Agora Hills is also probably gonna grow quickly like PTTR did. Let’s not count out one of TikTok’s viral queens.

Stan culture's obsession with stats needs to be studied. She doesn't even have vinyls ready so that goes to show you how little she cares about this game. Bookmark this post when Agora Hills starts smashing.

This isn't the problem and yes she's known by now for having songs grow overtime, the thing is with Drake delaying his album this week was the perfect opportunity for her to get a #1 album (with a #1 single at the same time). It just sucks that with everything going in her favor (hit song, major artist decaying his album, new video for a brand new single on release day) she probably won't get it.

Doja drops the deluxe version tomorrow and get that #1

I didn't like the album very much at first listen. I hope it grows on me. PTTR is a hit, though. I liked Can't Wait too. I wish she could embrace her pop side.

Not her doing less than problematique

Yeah but I feel like the ship has already sailed considering she has no vinyls, not even CD variants. It's like they knew it was not happening with or without Drake.

Yea i knew this was not gonna be as big as planet her because except for PTTR, the rest of the songs she dropped were not as catchy (even tho personally i liked them, they're not GP friendly or meant to be hits). The album is much more rap and r&b/soul compared to planet her and has no features so it's not a surprise i wont be as big. I still think Agora Hills and some other tracks (Can't Wait, Gun maybe) have potential if titkok finds them. By the way, they still haven't combined the streams from the two versions on apple music :rip: agora hills is charting at #75 and #103 on the hip hop charts lol

Agora Hills is already growing on me so much. I feel like the delivery in the verses gives old-old school doja vibes, especially the first one. I wasn’t sure about it on the first listen but I love it now.

Honestly I think Doja knew this wouldn’t perform as well commercially as Planet Her, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was almost intentional. She clearly wasn’t coping with the MPG A-list celebrity life, I think she knew this album would alienate a percentage of fans and I doubt she’s that bothered
