I've always thought that 'talent' goes beyond the big three (singing, dancing, acting), and with that in mind Madonna is probably the most talented popstar ever because of her immense creativity. She was basically the multimedia artist and wrote the blueprint of the modern popstar.

This. There’s traditional talent in entertainment (the 3 you named), then there is being able to turn water into wine, which is what Madonna does

I believe the question was, “is she the most talented of all time,” not “is she talented.” Nobody is disputing her talent but of all time? A bit early for that

Yes that was the question, I can't recall any other pop star ever to be talented in so many different fields.
