zasderfght Posted May 23, 2023 Share Posted May 23, 2023 (edited) So far I've heard: -Feed the Beast (2:17 length, so, still missing 13 seconds) -Alone (obviously) -King of Hearts (two short snippets/no vocals-- giving "Taxi" vibes) -Thousand Pieces (German version snippet) -Uh Oh (from live performance only) -Revelations (full) -Bait (2:09 length) -Sex Talk (full) -Hit it From the Back (full) -Claws (2:34 length) -Coconuts (obviously) -Castle in the Sky (20 second snippet) -Brrr (obviously) -Unholy (obviously) The only track I haven't heard at all is Minute. Maybe it's out there-- not sure. I have a feeling like the album will l-word way before a month. Unfortunately, from what I've heard, Kim's fans' suspicions seem to be correct: Problematique has superior material. It's no wonder she took Sex Talk, Revelations, and Coconuts from it. If she had to include post-Problematique songs, Brrr is superior to If Jesus Was a Rockstar and Alone is better than IJWAR (but still nowhere near as good as the live version of Somber or some other cuts on Problematique like Born Again or All She Wants). All things considered, we'll have to wait until the album comes out in HQ quality to fully judge, and we technically don't have the FULL Problematique album (I think we're missing a song from the standard and maybe a few deluxe songs-- Kim fans would know better than me), but considering how messy the rollout was, tacking Unholy and Alone on to the album was smart (even though Alone was probably created for the album). Out of the new songs, Claws and Uh Oh are the ones that pique my interest, but to be perfectly honest, assuming this tanks (not that I wish that on Kim), I really wish Republic would just let her surprise-drop Problematique this same year. If Republic isn't making coins off the debut album, they might as well let her release unreleased music. Hell, Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Lana Del Rey have released official studio versions/HQ versions of their material.
