Let's Go would've been the best vault track. Still disapppointed it didn't make it.

You're so chaotic. I love it

It’s not a Taylor’s album thread without yours truly!

These vault tracks! So good

I thought she wont top RED TV vault tracks cause those are amazing. But these are just on another level.

Each song showcases a different sound, meaning etc. Each has a life of its own. And its so instant for me.

Idk why some thinks these vault tracka are inessential. These are some of her best songs.

Don’t give up. Just listen to Michelle’s Versions to see how much better Taylor’s re-recordings are in comparison :clown:

What she did to All You Wanted is CRIMINAL

It's on the "new music" playlists at least

They chose Run for those playlists when Red TV came out and the song that got a music video was IBYTAM. :ducky:

I'm largely fine with most of it. That being said, my larger takeaway (I've noticed this now with all three re-recordings) is just that I miss the urgency in her vocals. I especially notice this on songs like The Story of Us, Better Than Revenge and Haunted. I just don't hear the same passion. She could have gone harder. More emotional songs like Never Grow Up, Dear John and Last Kiss are better replications, but I find myself missing the old production.

Vaults are again fine but inessential.

Not a popular opinion in the Swiftie universe but I really don't want her to re-record 1989 and Reputation. I fully support her masters endeavor, but as actual albums to listen to I just don't think they need to exist when the albums are as close to perfect as they'll ever be.

Yea. The lack of passion in her vocal delivery in almost all the TVs are why I will NEVER delete the OG versions.:sorry:

and 1989 and rep are already doomed. No matter what she does now there isn’t a chance in hell either of those re-records will come close to the OGs. Perched for the vault songs though:bird:

I still need time to process the vault tracks, but yeah, Peak Now TV stomps Red TV + Fearless TV easily. Truly her magnum opus. The fact that she wrote these immaculate melodies and lyrics all by herself at the age of just 18-19 is still wild to me whenever i think about it.

My fave vault tracks on initial listens are When Emma and Castles Crumbling. Electric Touch is also growing on me (should be solo smh). Timeless is really good as well. The only one i dont care about is Foolish One. If they replace that with Let’s Go (Battle) this would be her first truly skipless TV album (SN og standard tracklist is already skipless itself). Still this is miles more cohesive than Red TV and im grateful for it.

What the hell is Apple Music doing? Do they need a volunteer to press that "update" button?

At this point, Swifties have unattainable demands for the rerecordings.

She will not sound the same because she did vocal trainings, and will not have the same shrill whiny thin voice she had in 2010.

The instrumentals will not sound the same because they're not made in a garden shed, garage or a make shift studio like how Nathan did in 2010.

I agree that this is true. Personally, I don't have high hopes for any re-recorded music that I believe succeeded already at its original creation. I think it's a gargantuan task that only someone of Taylor's caliber and determination could even come close to pulling off effectively. But I think we're still allowed to point out where we believe things fell short, along with where she succeeded.

I expect no better from the Mastermind writer, & that Matty's friend producer :shakeno: GLOATING about it in both sings :shakeno:

What would you do? Baby, if you only knew, oh, oh, oh
That I could see you throw your jacket on the floor

But someone's changing, it's somethin' I, I like

i like this re-recording a lot better than red :clap3: and red was already decent enough. fearless remains my favorite though, it elevated the album in ways i didn’t think it would. i think this will also be the case for her debut.
