Even if it is based on chart positions (which ultimately also based on points) then it shows the song's chart positions were hell of weak and could be indicative of tactics used to push a song to the top which explains why the top five all happen to be songs that had little longevity on the charts (didn't have enough points during their run to sustain them in the charts). You could try to argue your way out of this but the majority of the songs there were just weak period.
