I hate the comments on this post, honestly I get that the K-pop industry is exploitative like western music, Hollywood, etc. basically any entertainment industry. But I hate how k-pop fans act like these people are so dumb with no sense of agency. Like these idols are not children, and even as teenagers they are way more street smart and savvy from being in the business than the basement dwellers commenting on their lives…

Itzy is kinda the less talented NMIXX if you think about it. Those Nmixx girlies can actually give very tight harmonies, adlibs, vocal runs and loud powerful screeching all day while still capable of serving Itzy Choreo. The same can’t be said about Itzy’s vocals! JYP should just let them go SOLO at this point.

Born To Be is so good but I also feel like ITZY's mixing specifically has gone to the gutter with their recent releases. It used to sound so much cleaner 

 

I love the choreography though. Still powerful without being completely back-breaking. Excited for the album! 

 

Also I think y'all are lying on Lia in here. I don't see her as a weak link at all, she was serving these past few eras.
