The way the Korean laws are set up, it incentivizes groups to leave their companies so they can then purchase their accumulated IP at whatever fair market value is determined to be by an arbitrator -- if the groups are successful enough to swing the payment or can attract enough investment to secure the transaction.  So, generally boy groups.
