NewJeans and IVE are like ying and yang

NewJeans do the chill, vibey, R&B songs

IVE does the huge pop songs with explosive choruses.

 

Their new song is great but I just hope this is not the direction they’re moving into. Both groups have their own sonic identities and it’s too early in their career to be taking these types of risks.

Yeah but it would still up to SM if they'll let them go or not or if it's something "beneficial" for them.
