if they would do things the way you’re saying we would get one comeback a year, because it would be impossible and very exhausting for the girls to promote almost non stop - right now they are able to promote for a month or so and then rest and prepare for the next comeback (which, again, gives them more hits AND more albums sold - better for the fans too, since we get a couple of new songs every six months or so) 

 

maybe they could do that with the full album

Also NJ isn’t looking for every song to go #1, they’re obviously focused on bigger things like creating a loyal global fanbase that they can tour off off and have longevity with. They’re already planning beyond Get Up rn

Nmixx would be better off without their rapping. I think someone called it angry rapping and it fits lol 

they have the worst rap parts in all of kpop.

I took a look at the comeback lineup in July and...

There seems to be no challenge to NewJeans at all  They might actually able to occupy all top 6 with their upcoming releases at this point

Btw, is NewJeans the first one that seem to able to unite users in here. Barely saw anyone targeting them except the clear trolls. The power of good music

you keep speaking about peak when I’m talking about the longevity of OMG compared to their other tt.

 

And I fail to understand how spacing things instead of dropping and performing everything at once is more exhausting?

Oh she definitely knows. 

We are not talking about dropping a single each month but a real gap (and not 2 weeks) between the pre release TT and the TT who are going to drop with the album. It’s definitely not going to be overwhelming with the gp. And this strategy don’t work only For BP it worked for IU with Celebrity and Lilac. Jungkook is also doing the same type of roll out

The second verse is deliberately so bad lyrically that it becomes camp excellence. I think the reason people enjoy KWINKA is because while talking about societal aspects in a sarcastic manner, it doesn’t take itself too seriously
