It means, the same person can buy 4 copies of the POB album and then buy again the other 4 copies of the non-POB album. This is how kpop groups have been inflating sales... and kpop fandoms DO this. People here can keep trying to turn a blind eye to this, pretend there is no advantage to all those versions.
