i actually kinda like what sm did, they killed the original idea of nct of having like a thousand members and hundreds of groups which seemed stupid anyways and shotaro now is gonna have a group for him.

So it's all good for me

Whether Shohei is too ill to debut in a group I think the obvious reason he is being left out of both groups is his age. There was already a significant age gap when he was supposed to debut in Tokyo. He’s close to 30 and by the time trainees are found and trained for Tokyo he’ll probably be too old even for Japan. And there’s no way he was gonna debut in the new bg. 
 

As someone else mentioned this is probably the best decision for sungtaro. They’ve waited too long to debut and it was starting to look bleak. Plus the NCT brand I personally feel would have limited them and wasted their potential. But I do still feel bad for Shotaro because I bet he wanted to be able to promote in his home country. Plus if we’re gonna go by how SM has treated Yuta and Giselle along with all of their Chinese idols it’s not looking too good either.

Im sorry, but if I was sungchan/shotaro, I would literally be bouncing off the walls knowing I get a NEW start. NCT has been a mess for awhile now.

 

 

 

Sucks that shohei cant debut with them though.

 

 

I do feel like the new bg needs a stand-out member, but ill wait for the rest of the members before I judge.

I guess sungchan is their visual so far.

 

 

 

Also, they are not cancelling NCT Tokyo so idek why nctzens are trying to boycott it.

welp, finally the NCT line up is finally over and fixed  

this is better for shotaro and sungchan I guess but I never really "stanned" them cause there really was nothing "stannable" or enough material from them

lucas being out doesn't bother me anymore too but I think wayv is missing something without him even though his only contributions is his supposed "visuals"

NCT Japan should be cancelled too imo

It’s not Hyunjin’s fault the that their companies didn’t manage to protect them the same way JYP did with Hyunjin. Both Soojin and Garam shouldn’t have been removed either, but it’s their companies fault! And also the situation with Hyunjin is complicated and isn’t a direct bullying case either from what I remember.

It's not black and white. JYPE spent days investigating, talked to former Hyunjin's teachers, former students, acquaintances, to Hyunjin, to the accusers and no conclusion was reached If there was bullying or not and, through the investigation, they couldn't confirm any of the facts, as they said in the statement. The image that the investigated people had about Hyunjin did not match equally the reports of the accusers. A lot of memories diverging. 

 

There's a lot of he-say-she-say and even a teacher came (after also talking to other teachers) on a article on Naver and former students to defend Hyunjin (on Pann) saying that it was actually a situation of mutual problems, the whole class was problematic. 

 

But regardless of being mutual or not - and we will never know - Hyunjin wanted to recognize his (piece of, if mutual) blame, apologized and closed the case. 

 

Anyway, It's not relevant If people think he's a bully or not. He won in the end and we cheer.
