She's the first artist to really invest and cultivate a powerful relationship with their fans to this level. 

Personal touches everywhere, qi found myself smiling on Spotify at her cute videos everywhere and replaying them over to see her. The other bases can call her cringe and sometimes she comes across as such but meanwhile she's building and connecting with her fans.
