Your country is responsible for the genocide of the Algerian people. Worry about that you ******* hypocrite. Your country is responsible for the killing of millions of people all over the world. People who lived in a French colony have every right to live in France. **** the laws of France.

They do, but we have laws and they just have to abide.

yes but only as long as muslim women have the choice to wear it and aren't punished for not wearing it

I support the right to not get killed for not wearing one.

It doesn't feel right to support someone's choice to be a second class citizen. You do you tho

Some women genuinely believe that they are more pure, religious, respected etc. if they wear it.

Im just concerned that them wearing it enables the forcing of hijabs

i support people wearing whatever they want to wear without judgement

Basically this, because this thinking allows people to take the hijab off if they want to

As long as a women is choosing to wear the Hijab because they want too, and not because they "feel they have too" I support it. Nobody should have to feel that they need to dress a certain way at all.

Yes I support women who choose to wear hijabs with their own free will, not being forced by oppressive government

It's the state law so ? It makes sense because church and state are separated and displaying of faith in public (schools, museums, streets) is not allowed.

I think you're confusing hijab with other muslim garment (niqab, burka etc) that do face covering. hijab is only hair and it's allowed in most public places with exceptions like schools, libraries and government buildings where it's not allowed.

No, I support women :heart2:

once the Iranian protests happened recently, people finally have been criticizing hijabs left and righf.

the protests are not about the hijab itself, it's about choice

but not surprised your islamophobic ass & other islamophobes are trying to make it seem like it's "anti hijab"

I support them being completely legal & women not being discriminated against for wearing them.

But like any other dogmatic religious practice, I don't like or agree with it. Even if the woman is choosing it, it's still a practice based in misogyny and therefore not something I'm going to pretend to be excited about just to be politically correct

***** you better be joking? Tell why they are burning all their hijabs then if it's not 'anti hijab'. It's about choice but also about hijabs. Some of yall are so detached from reality it's scary.

And not surprised you're painting anyone who criticizes the religion and hijabs as 'racist' and 'islamophobic' LOL. :bibliahh:

Show me where exactly did anyone in this thread say something 'racist' and 'islamophobic'? I'll be waiting.

Wow another thread of atrl gays and girls exposing their ignorance, shocking

Yes, but only if they want to wear it themselves. I do not support niqabs and burqa's in western countries tho.

But in the end it's all religious BS of course.

Fun fact, niqabs/burqas aren’t mentioned in Islamic scriptures, it’s a Bedouin traditional wear prior the religion’s creation. It started to spread cause of how the Arab tradition melted with the religion itself since Islam started in the peninsula.

OT: if anyone says no then they are contracting freedom of choice.

you're clearly too dumb to understand the current situation and instead you're trying to fulfill your islamophobic fantasies. you're claiming that people are "criticizing the hijab" when that's not true, the only people criticizing the hijab are islamophobes like you

reminder: just because that's what YOU want to happen doesn't mean it's true

I'm calling you an islamophobe because you have a history of islamophobic posts on this site, and saying that women shouldn't wear hijab is not only islamophobic but also misogynistic and sexist, why are you trying to tell women what they shouldn't wear? mind your white business

It's so funny how a lot of people here preach about freedom until it comes to other groups they dislike

to them only their version of freedom is acceptable, and it doesn't include anyone who doesn't look or act like them :clown:

And youre clearly too dumb to even understand the meaning behind the hijab and also clearly too dumb to understand the current situation and instead, youre deflecting and making it all about you and painting as anyone who dares to criticize the religion as 'islamaphobic'.

reminder: just because that's what YOU want to happen doesn't mean it's true. Iranian women are suffering under the hands of the government and here you are spouting your nonsense.

Now i dont care if you call me islamaphobic, white or what not (fun fact im  not) but you said we were racist. I asked receipts for us being racist. WHERE is it?

Also criticisng a religion =/ islamaphobic or racist but ofcourse, youre too dumb to understand and moulded into that little bubble of yours

in fact throughout this whole thread, ive said multiple times that i agree its a womens choice on what they want to wear, but ofcourse, the second someone critcizes anything you scream 'islamaphobe', 'misogynistic' 'racist' and what not.

Yes, with unencumbered freedom of choice, let them be what they want to wear. God knows what's best.

and those iranian women you claim to support have been saying that their protests are NOT an attack on hijab and islam, they're about choice but bigots like you are trying to shift the narrative

in fact a huge amount of the protestors were hijabis themselves

not you acting like you're not an islamophobe when multiple of your threads got closed by mods because of islamophobia, literally 90% of islamophobic threads are made by you, it's giving OIH (Obsessed Islam Hater)

you wanting to ban hijabs is literally the most obvious example of islamophobia, it's giving colonizer energy

"Do you support hijab"

"no"

a dog whistle for islamophobes

what is there to support or not support? what dumb thread will you make next? "Do you support women wearing jeans?" "should women breathe?" ?

like literally why are you so bothered by what other people are wearing or doing?
