Try the vigilante missions with cheats, it's the most chaotic fun in the world (without mods)

Raise your hand if you completed the vigilante mission in Los Santos without cheats before unlocking San Fierro!!

3000 SMG bullets, hospital mission bonus health, a bike, a sacrifice to the devil, and that's how I always pass it.

Head Radio in 3 and LCS is also great

People on GTAForums (thread) might of found Lucia's voice actor; Manni L. Perez.

 

She voices one of the casino NPC's on GTA V also.
