I feel like I am the only loser that doesn't like The Worst Is Done. It sounds so boring. Lyrics alone don't save this song for me..

Another incredibly strong album from her, I have to say I definitely prefer Titanic Rising tho. This is very similar to it, therefore it lacks the WOW factor I got from TR the first time I heard it.

I’m surprisingly obsessed with this album but I’ve never been able to listen to Titanic Rising fully. I’m thinking I should give it another listen

Titanic Rising is a modern day masterpiece

but, then again, so is this.

no one's really asked you yet so... why exactly do you think so? what drags it down for you?

This album is so incredibly beautiful.

Idk If it's her voice, her tone, the lyrics or the production but somehow she hypnotizes me in a certain way that I don't even feel the time passing

This girl is a genius

this album is insane, every song just grows on you so much, truly no skips but hearts aglow and a given thing are top top top tier

A Given Thing feels like one of the songs that would play while the world burns around you. devastating beauty :cries:

Nah this album is mind-blowingly good. I haven't stanned for a full-length project this hard since NFR. Every song flows so well together and some of the lyrics really stand out to me at this time in my life.

For one, every song is just great. These ones are god tier:

God Turn Me Into a Flower - Just wow. She really recreated the magic of Movies in this one but even more naturey. The outro is so powerful and feels like my whole life flashing before my eyes.

Twin Flame - Has the most replay value for me, I really dig the hypnotic production. It's like the Heirloom to this album's Vespertine. Different sound but fits so well; beautiful lyrics too.

Hearts Aglow - This one has been stuck in my head all day. Has an instant classic feel, evokes beautiful emotion and a beautiful centerpiece to the record.

ITJM,IE - Still one of my favorites. Sure, it's not as melodramatic as A Lot's Gonna Change but the lyrics have me in a trance every time. She's really spot on. What a lovely composition.

Children of the Empire - What an experience. Lots of nuanced changes but also quite catchy and empowering.

The rest are still so good as well. I have zero desire to compare it to Titanic Rising when both are amazing. I really need to see her live.

yeah she ate this up. feels a lot sadder than titanic rising and more restrained and close to your ear (? lol)

Grapevine, Twin Flame, INJM,IE are my trinity atm but this changes every other listen lol. The outro of God turn me into a flower being a highlight also.

Grapevine, I think, will always be my fave track. Ive been very attached to it since the release and its definitely one of my fave songs from nat ever

Twin flame kinda reminds me of mirror forever wrt the fact that it has the most "unique" production on the album.

I will say, the interlude-style tracks are not as good as titanic rising. They're fine and I dont skip them but they dont feel as if they add much.

final thought after spam non-stop since release, not compare to titanic rising, love both on different approach whenever i wanna listen one of them at a time.

'grapevine' and 'twin flame' is my go-to fav and love her to remain on this lane next album, not my aoty but amazing effort :clap3::bird:

Fantastic, beautiful album, unsurprisingly.

I think 7/10 is fair compared to Titanic´s 9/10

Those would be my scores as well

this album is more like 8 while titanic was 9

it loses some steam with the last two tracks (i know a lot of people love the worst is done but it's meh) and the interludes are useless

she should have replaced in holy flop with an andromeda sized banger

twin flame is also a masterpiece so he can f off
