This will have serious ramifications if Twitter does go the way of 4Chan or Parler. You can’t let those bigoted tumors fester, especially on a platform this big and sprawling. This, along with other rhetoric and trends are worrying. 2024 is looking bleak for women, gay people, trans individuals…and after they’re done with them, they’ll come for the rest of us. History always has a way of repeating itself.

 

I know this sounds reactionary and insane, but there are just too many things coming to a head around these right now and in the next couple of years  to ignore. And if Tr*mp doesn’t die before 2024, we’re all cooked.

It doesn't matter who are the current shareholders because the current censorship policies are clear. Elon has been pro 'free speech' even if it means hate speech, so this particular policy WILL change meaning that alt right figures like Trump, Alex Jones, Milo Yiannpoulous, etc will comeback to the platform. That will be the biggest impact
