No, it’s called having an opinion/being able to read the situation. Chill out and go give the song a few more much needed streams instead of taking it personally.

Lol ok girl, I think everyone can see who’s been taking everything way too personally here :toofunny3:

Right, I’m glad we can agree on the fact that Lizzo being in limbo musically and my pointing it out has you triggered for some reason. :coffee2:

I'm afraid she wont have a hit. She should just do a rap song with a male rapper.

Wait, when did that come out?

That is a very lackluster title track, oof

Apparently Max Martin dominates the album credits

this is giving a cute random track 8 album track. i didnt move and the gp probably wont either

yeah like...it's a decent song, but totally safe and non-exciting

I really enjoy this! The disco sounds works here. LIZZO could do any genre and it works for her. I do agree tho, idk if it will hit with the GP. But I still love it and will be interested in hearing the new album in July

also I know it's part of her "brand", but I feel like she uses "*****" in literally every song :rip:

It's alright, but it just doesn't sound like Lizzo.  She always had that different sound.  This is too commercial

She wrote 170 songs for this album and this is one of the best songs?

she mentioned it in the preorder for iTunes if you click the preview after track 12

First off - the music is tight, but the lyrics are some of the most generic "going out on the town" bullshit I've ever heard in a big pop track. I get that this is supposed to be a post-COVID celebration of getting back out in the world, but that leads me into my next point...

WHY WASN'T THIS VIDEO A REFERENCE TO QUARANTINE?!

Picture it: Lizzo at home, cooped up, eating her vegan snacks and being bored out of her mind. Singing the song, leading up to a final build up of everyone in her neighbourhood (including Lizzo) reuniting on the street and having a massive party?

My god I have never seen a bigger instance of a missed opportunity :ace: guess she's destined to fade after that first album after all. RIP.

Hang on, I’m genuinely curious… was CILY (the album) really that big? I feel like it was really just Truth Hurts and GAH, neither of which are even on the standard edition of that album :cm:

The song would be better with less curse words.
