I’m so happy that Argentina lost because they made a lot of fun for us chileans when we didn’t qualify but well maybe they will repeat the story of Spain on Brazil 2014 because karma is real for us and time is always by our side

Im pretty sure Argentinas cursed until Messi leaves the natl team :deadvision:

The last Cup Argentina won was in 1986 before Messi was even born. The curse has nothing to do with him.

The best that could happen to Argentina is a tie between Mexico & Poland. Maybe Tata Martino could help :eli:

Maybe they are paying “The Hand of God” fiasco consequences for ever since it was also their last WC win :gaycat1:

I’m glad one of the Asian teams turned up well. After Qatar and Iran this was badly needed.

Kind of shocking that Argentina was on a 37 or whatever game unbeaten streak. They were extremely uninspiring, I wouldn’t be shocked if they go out in the group now cause I don’t think Poland or Mexico will be pushovers after that performance

Losing to a weak lame ass team of Saudi Arabia?? Messy should retire gracefully at this point :rip:

well he was close in the 2014 Final (a final which Argentina hadn't played since 1990 before that year).

To be fair the Argentinian team’s average height is 5,7. And Sergio Aguero, Messi’s right hand man was banned for his comments on Qatar

Messi's weak when he plays for his own national team, nothing has changed :rip:

I hate to see Daddy Messi upset ?
