Taemin is in interesting case. He had what was probably at the time the most developed mix out of any male in SM except for maybe Kyuhyun but he had no lower register and no upper register. Only the middle was really good  If he'd been that good across the board he would've been one of the best pop singers of all time.

This was in 2013 when he was at his vocal peak and he definitely can't do that anymore, but that's something that maybe...3 or 4 guys in k-pop have ever done. Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Sandeul are the only ones that come to mind (though I'm probably forgetting some). No other part of Taemin's voice was that developed so I wouldn't call him great overall but he pulled off some really impressive stuff during that time period.

Yeah SNSD isn’t as bad about it, but even with Jessica I wouldn’t put their vocal line on par with SJ or EXO. Even though they don’t reach the highs of their peers, I think Aespa is better in this regard in that it’s only 4 of them all of them are solid to strong vocalists. They need a true and blue R&B song. Maybe Baemon will save us .

Please! The Grace’s Lina alone can obliterate mamamoo. Mamamoo are good as a group but individual they lost out to the likes of taeyeon, Wendy, Luna.

Ever wonder what would have happen if SNSD’s The Boys actually charted top 10 on Billboard and thier un-finished English Album was completed. And they became as big in the west as BTS and BlackPink are Now? Honestly the could have had a more stable Career then Little Mix or Fifth Harmony, given the right producers. They were supposed to get More Kesha and Britney Spears Demos in late 2011, but the album never materialized due to thier demand in Japan and Korea.  That sound of music is dated now, but in 2011-2012 they could have smashed with a contemporary pop song before Psy hit the scene
