Not (organic) when they have the same digipaks y’all said were the only reason the other group sold as much as they did :toofunny2:

The digipacks are as expensive as normal kpop albums + they already reached 1.5M a week ago without them.. the digipacks only make up like 200k of those preorders :michael:
Anyways the numbers for BP are consistent across ALL platforms.. sales, streaming, social media, performances, variety etc etc.. makes sense that they sell this much

Why people compare group album sales with groups who are more than a year old and groups who are less than a year old? If you want to compare album sale with IVE then do it at the 7-8 months after debut mark. If you want to compare album sale with NewJeans then do it at 1 month after debut mark.

But kpop sales are exploding by a massive rate year-on-year. So any comparisons if not within the same timeframe is worthless tbh

Like RV sold 300k last year and 700k this year. And no their fanbase didn't grow that much, just that Kpop sales are increasing by a lot for every group

You know damn well those numbers are a scam since the shipping is the triple. :rip:

Why are physical singles counted as albums anyway? :deadbanana2:

The fanchant !!!

The choreo is a so basic compared to Eleven and Love Dive

Some of the formations look so weird with 6 members. Maybe they should add one more member or kick one out :cupid:

And the same can be said about any albums on ktown4u or other sites :michael: And shipping is only triple if you are in US or EU.

IDK if this is true but if it is then wow  :rip: No wonder the chinese girls left and never looked back.

Now I wonder if every girl in IVE is being paid equally by SSE :biblio: (not counting the side gigs ofc)

Packed with K-Girlgroups yes. The revival of idol gg this year is glorious :clap3:

But Yawn's Weekend was at #5 on Melon Daily Chart exactly one year ago with like 360k ULs so it's not like the charts were not packed before (with Lim Young Woong, OST and ballad singers etc.)

It's true because did WJSN really make money though? :rip: And there were like 13 girls

It's totally different for IVE. Like they are selling millions of albums, their songs are topping the charts, Wonyoung probably made more money than WJSN's entire career with her CF gigs

For the music aspect, I think Rei is getting the most money since she have multiples writing credits now.

After Like is SMASHING on Spotify. Love Dive has been erased!

Love the performance and choreo although its a bit basic but I guess there won't be some lashings like LD dance practice :swan:

Its not shocking to see NewJennies doing well on Spotify too. Literally everyone saw this coming since they have a following in SEA already and their concept is easily digestible and very western'd.
