The rep and loser streaming breakdowns making it abundantly clear how bad she’s become at choosing singles…

 

 

Although I expect if she had released Getaway Car, Don’t Blame Me, Cruel Summer, and Paper Rings as singles they probably would’ve flopped during release and gotten forgotten afterwards, a la Out of the Woods or New Romantics. But the whole “underrated hidden gem” aspect is half the reason they’ve become popular in the first place, so maybe it’s for the best.
