It's clear that her family released this "new" album for the money, this album screams about this lol These remixes are not very good, but I liked a few songs tho  and I think this album is good for birthday parties

This album was the idea the Quintanillas had for a remix album in 2012 but Capitol Latin stopped them and released the superior Enamorada De Ti album. Due to the success it was supposed to have two follow up albums (including one in English duets with A listers). I wonder what happened

The mixes are awful. They already released a superior version of most of these songs in the 90s.

Probably money. They had no production/writing credits in most of her english stuff so it probably meant a smaller cut.

If you can find a copy I recommend it over this new one. The remixes are better mixed and better produced. I think the family knows this and they've been actively trying to scrub them off the internet.

I always thought the only remixes were Siempre Selena (1996) and Enamorada De Ti (2012)   I’ll see if I can snatch a copy of Anthology somewhere
