And she might not wanna keep fans waiting awhile if she doesn’t have a release date set/video ready?

The ones who dropped this year like Fivio Foreign and Coi Leray, did HORRIBLE despite having some of that new artist hype and tiktok following. It’s really weird what’s going on this year with music, BUT I think a lot has to do with Covid being “over” so people are generally less into making music playlists and more into planning what they’re going to do, eat, travel, etc. If this whole thing doesn’t normalize for 2023, the music industry might low key be dead. Everyone will just drop yearly singles instead of albums/eps (like Normani thee trendsetter ) and never release full projects anymore.
