I honestly wouldn't blame her if she waited a month or so to release LG7 lead. Let the backlash die down and be forgagatten. Just wait till February and drop the whole thing at once? Unless the whole thing is truly halloween themed....
Paparazzaid Posted October 7 Posted October 7 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DAxIEF1s_xv Some people saying they can hear "omg shes perfect " and others saying they hear "gaga i love you so much" this needs to go viral if if it hasn't yet 1
PerfectCure Posted October 7 Posted October 7 I hate that Joker FAD is flopping, but it's a subtle lesson for her to stop chasing massive roles every time she's filming something new. She's incredibly talented; honestly, I think she's the most talented artist out there right now. She could easily take on a role that doesn't need a huge budget or too much hype and still find massive success, like she did with ASIB. 8 1
Darkroth Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Stop moping, stop crying, stop being defeatist, gather all your social media clout and use it to pressure Gaga to release LG7. You guys are good on hyping her up. DO THAT

Nido Posted October 7 Posted October 7 (edited) Just got back from seeing J:FAD on IMAX and I loved it. I can't believe some gays bashed it so much I went with a (somewhat) straight man and he HATED the musical numbers + the ending which is understandable given that he's old school. For me, the musical numbers really make sense if you pay attention to the lyrics (thank you subtitles!) and totally not unnecessary as some people claimed to be. I guess it helps when you went in with zero expectations and that you don't gaf about the first movie or the Batman/Joker universe Spoiler I agree that Harley does feel a bit one dimensional as a supporting character but that's cause likely a lot of her scenes were unfortunately cut. She's still the highlight of the movie when she sang the hell out of Gonna Build A Mountain though. The TABS truly jumped ouT I also agree with the idea that movie itself is an (unsuccessful) attempt at making a statement about parasocial relationships between idols and their worshippers. Todd Phillips kinda "ruined" the idea of Joker 2 being another movie about a glorified supervillain, just like how Joker supporters were upset that he was just a vulnerable human being who can't keep up with the pressure of being a villain because...ironically and tragically, he can neither embrace his madness as "Joker" or put his past behind to live as himself, all due to how the people around (and Lee) treats him. It low-key reminds me of the Gaga x Liddo dynamic too which is kinda.... 8/10 from me Edited October 7 by Nido 2 2

FrederickGa Posted October 7 Posted October 7 I just want Gaga to start teasing LG7 and leave this MESS behind
Anthinos Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Yeah, she should just make a hard cut and put her focus on LG7

opbranden Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Just now, Edonis said: i suspect we'll see it on streaming before Christmas It's below Morbius & The Marvels and sold fewer tickets than Birds of Prey. I'm not sure if they're contractually obligated to keep it in theaters for a set time, but if not, I wouldn't be surprised to see it on VOD by next month. 1
TeemoR Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Why are people still defending this film. It's a catastrophic disaster. Panned by critics and the GP. Gaga should move on and never mention this project ever again. 2
