Some people on ATRL are so out of touch with reality it's kinda sad. They live in their own little bubble where it's still May 2014 :rip:

Gaga isn't the only one, tho. Even if I'm not a fan of her music and don't find her as impactful as Gaga, Adele could be seen as the Celine Dion of her generation. What she's doing in Munich is incredible, and only "a legend" could pull that off imo

Even if we exclude Beyoncé (since Destiny's Child started in the 90's) we still have at least Taylor, Adele, Lana and to smaller extent Rihanna (yeah she has the hit singles but she's not a well rounded musician or performer). Then there's newer ones like Ariana and Billie with very promising careers already.

Gaga's continued relevance in music and foray into the acting industry is very impressive and I'm 100% positive she will be one of the biggest legends of her generation but this thread was a bit of a setup.

Are we surprised? At this point people should know better than asking these kind of questions about Gaga in this cesspool board.

You can tell the JFAD era is approaching, people have been mad more than the usual since the Olympics performance.

Completely agree! I always forget that Tay is a contemporary of Gaga. For some reason, she is younger to my eyes. :rip:

Out of this list, Taylor and Gaga are the only ones I would use "Legend" to describe from this generation. Including L*na and legend in the same sentence was a bigger setup than that thread LOL

Because? She literally has the most relevant catalog among all pop girls sans Taylor right now.

Honestly, no it's not :rip: Lana is far and away one of the most influential musicians of the 21st century and her peers know it.

OT: 1 hour 36 minutes! :khalyan:

She's closer to the legend status than Adele is imo. Sooner or later it will seem clearer I guess
