Distantconstellation Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 I really think she should have closed the shows in Chile with Ven Conmigo instead of the tired Let There be Love. People in latin america love Ven Conmigo and it's a fun song. Also what is aguilera.red saying about the Aguilera era, is it pretty much done? We never got newer tracks so it's looking like it's a wrap for this spanish era and tbh I doubt she will ever release another Spanish album. While the era is critically acclaimed you can expect to be away for 20+ years from that market and then come back with minimal promo and no tour, no Christina that ain't it sorry mama. I appreciate the big amount of videos we got but it's been 20+ years, you should have pulled out all the stops.

Anybody who thought more was coming is delusional 20 hours ago, Distantconstellation said: doubt she will ever release another Spanish album Same. Massive mistake though. 20 hours ago, Distantconstellation said: you should have pulled out all the stops. She hasn’t given a proper era since 2003 & yes 2003 not 2006 so i had no expectations from her anymore. Hands down the worst work ethic & management i have ever seen.

Practically all of Mi Reflejo has become a playlist of classics in Latin America and Spain. Had she followed it up with another Spanish album in 2003, she would have even more Spanish classics there. She talked about recording a follow-up to Mi Reflejo as early as 2002. She could have ruled so many lanes in music with more consistent releases. Hopefully people discover AGUILERA over time and give it a chance.
Power love Posted March 7, 2023 Posted March 7, 2023 Christina did a FREE meet & greet during the weekend.

Especially since she had Spanish versions of Stripped songs already recorded. Unsure why because she did nothing with them strange! what was the point Edited March 7, 2023 by Power love
XAMJ Posted March 7, 2023 Posted March 7, 2023 i feel like she might want to continue her momentum from the spanish album so cute summer single in June to test the waters?
La Reina Posted March 7, 2023 Posted March 7, 2023 9 hours ago, Power love said: what was the point Right? Also I have no idea why she didn't tour Latin America for the Stripped era. I get why she didn't for Back to Basics but she had so many Latin-elements featured on the Stripped tour due to songs like "Infatuation" Anyways, after her stellar reception in Chile, she HAS to tour in Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil at the very least. Hope those rumors are true.

Well JUNE is when the Aguilera album is finally going to get a physical release so yes a single needs to be released. I'd say they need to release something with Karol G like they were originally planning to. Maybe add her on TRAGUITO which I catchy af or just a new song but it needs to be actually have good playlist and that means not being #20 on the list, needs to be at least top 5 or top 10 so at least people find the song and it becomes a success.
Essential Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 We need Welcome Back 2 Burlesque in 2026, I'll keep saying it.

I would be here for this. Lloro Por Na also sounded catchy, but don't think we ever got the final leak.
PopNStuff Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 (edited) There were rumors that Xtina was going to remix this song and she even included it in her Vegas shows. I personally wish she would have because it would have been a great way to transition back to Spanish music. I still love Pa Mis Muchachas, but think her doing this song would have been a better transition. Edited March 20, 2023 by PopNStuff
La Reina Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Xtina's appearance on her first podcast ever was promoted well and reached the top 5 on Spotify in various countries as a result. We need this type of promotion for her next era! Also, I really hope the upcoming documentary helps change the (chronically online) narrative surrounding her. People just can't seem to let go of flimsy "feuds" from over 10 years ago.
