MATM ha revenge I'm READY

I recently listened to an episode from that Original Doll podcast with Coco Morier as guest and I'm so glad because she finally talked about Mmm Papi. Very interesting info:

  • Nicole was approached to write with Britney this time around.
  • She brought to Britney many songs with the vibe/style of Blackout but Britney showed no big interest on them since they felt like something she already did before.
  • Mmm Papi is completely written by Nicole and Britney. She played this track by Let's Go To War (the producers) to Britney and she loved it and wrote over it together.
  • It's inspired on "Papa-Oom-Mow-Mow" by The Rivingtons (also by The Beach Boys, and others) and "Hey Mami" by FannyPack.

I hope Nicole keeps on sharing more about her work with Britney, and I mean her other songs with her other than Heaven On Earth. I liked when she detailed about How I Roll's creation on TikTok, she should do the same with TTYH.

(@BraveNewSeth Not about leaks but it may interest you).

Thanks for this! I've always loved Nicole Morier's work with Britney. Pop perfection. I would love if they could work together again at some point.

For SURE

Yet so many tasteless Spearsters hate it, tsk

Also, surprised nobody said anything about the "new leaked Glory demo that is sung by Britney" - Dem Chicks Be Like

ot: Still can't get over the fact how sabotaged Glory was

they REALLY wanted it to fail so they wold prove to her that she shouldn't take matters into her own hands, so obvious!

they were fumbling her music bag since BJ, not so sure it was RCA's fault anymore! (at least not mainly)

so much Hate towards her!

The cancellation of the 1M Music Video :deadbanana2:and them giving us a super boring and annoying Video that is not up to a basic Pop Girl standard

The promotional songs - Private Show and Clumsy, even tho they are fun, are prolly 2 of the weakest tracks on the album ..good thing DYWTCO was there

Them releasing the album when Barbra (Still a good album seller) and a local viral Country band (and everyone knows how Country sells in the US..they have a 6xPlat song on that album :deadbanana4:) were also dropping

Them not using LaChapelle's cover, but SCREENSHOTS?! :dies:

The VMA, where they for Sure cut off her mic :rip: (while she promoted another song??) and GEazy fumbling his rap, but that's on him lol+her being after Beyonce

Like..Make Me is prolly her most forgettable Lead...at least MATM had a killer choreo and had Madonna!

Then Slumber Party randomly came after we thought everything was over...... NOthing else was said tho :toofunny3:

The way radio was still sabotaging her and even Forbes wrote that shitty "flop" article :deadbanana4: have they even done it to other Acts?!?

Tbh even with SITS and Matches it was a bit funny

released around Xmas' power and Taylor even dropping :deadvision:

At least there was promo performances..but looking back, feels like they were just promoting her Vegas residency

ugh and not to forget the amount of sabotages and petitions for changing stuff, that came from the Army :jonny2:a MESS of an era

Still hope it gets certified Gold tho

Just heard it, it's so bad ? No wonder no one's paying attention

That Twitter account who leaked "Sucker For Pain" and "Dem Chicks Be Like" mentioned a previously-unknown unreleased song "I Can Bang," but seems it's Britney version of this Selena scrap

There's an episode too with Solomon Sheppard. He says Strip was the song that got him to work with Britney, that it was Larry Rudolph who pushed for TOMH to be about masturbation, and that Britney wrote Everytime in their sessions. A bit weird since the Everytime story is that she wrote it with Annette in that lake house in Germany (?), but maybe she was already coming up with the song before Annette or she was going back to Everytime on the sessions with Harry/Sheppard. Either way, it fits with the timeline of TOMH and Everytime being of the earlier ITZ sessions.

I hate when they remake songs, can't they pay for the original? it was on an older game already :rip:

Yes, let's make Gimme More her rightful signature song.

It's true, but the countless other iconic hits deserve their moments
