As a longtime stan of Bey the artist and brand, I've always prided myself on being able to kind of calculate her drops. Not a science, but spring/summer has been the move since Lemonade because of the limited window to tour stadiums to support the album.

In missing that frame this year, I'm totally stumped.

She "could" be coming with a roll-out that is totally left. We're sitting here assuming a stadium tour, but she may do Vegas. Or something completely innovative like her own festival. All of which wouldn't tie her to a specific timeframe and means the album could come at ANY time.

The downside is that she may very well still be on her somewhat predictable spring/summer tour schedule, which in missing 2022 window, means we may at best be looking at a late 2022 drop for new music and a Q1/Q2 2023 tour. Or worse, a 2023 launch for everything.

THIS!

We were fed throughout a lot of 2013 (Inauguration, Super Bowl, Mrs Carter Tour, Pepsi and H&M commercials as well as all the videos we literally saw her shooting). The lid wasn't as tight as it is now, so we knew "something" was coming. The frustration was more so because of how little we knew and how odd the approach was in the context of how traditional "Pop star promo" worked back then. e.g. we FOR sure expected the lead single at Halftime Show, expected album right after, and promo run. She was very visible but randomly with no new music, all while we saw her shooting vids. A weird time, but still an exciting time.

Now is just...ugh.

We're getting droplets (vinyl meetings, Hits Daily Double tea about her being up next), but we literally know... nothing. Producer tea is neither here nor there either as she's known to switch directions + not use tracks from certain sessions. IVP, while still exciting in terms of its potential, doesn't give me the Bey-fill I need. Atm, it feels rather....contractual.

All the while, we know...nothing. She could be readying her biggest era yet or enjoying life and taking care of her kids on a break of an undetermined length.

I'm a sucker for boring tea that may not strike the most excitement on the surface but indicates ish is happening, like purposefully leaked tea such as her Disney deal (which was denied at the time and then proved true) to dancer audition mail outs from agencies to x choreographer not being available because they are working on a Beyonce thing.

This time, there's an absence of even the small nuggets of info.

Compounding all of this (in a way that wasn't really the case in 2013) is the general nervousness that recent years has made for. The lil side projects that underperformed, the hater bloodlust for a misstep, the fact she'll be navigating her way in an ageist and sexist industry as a Black woman over 40, etc.

The only apprehension in 2013 was the underperformance of 4, but that was kind of it.

Next to certain she'll snatch all of our wigs and the pay-off/surprise factor will be possibly the most it's ever been because of how little we know, but damn...this wait is excruciating. Especially as so much else in music is boring AF. Including releases from other supposed "heavy-hitters".

They looked gorgeous here, the bodies were BANGING:jonny6:

this is one of their best vocal and dancing performance. Everyone sounded great and shined!

I mean, another thing to consider: Chole’s album. She is in the middle of her era and I doubt Beyoncé/Parkwood would multitask and conciliate both projects at the same time, being very likely that B7 will come some months after C1 at the earliest

They will both coexist. Plus they on two different levels of fame, acclaim, and success.

Why are y'all constantly forgetting Beyoncé did Pink Panther- Bday-Dreamgirls-World Tour-IASF-OBSESSED/Cadillac-Tour back to back in 2005-2010? B has no problem multitasking. She has a family but not like she constantly promote her stuffs like before :rip:

Not Bey trending on my Twitter again. :rip:

It is not even dragging, it's just stating facts. The way B's haters will use absolutely any artist on the surface of the Earth to belittle Bey is weird. Including DC. :lmao:

I like to see Hive is active again. It means we're ready and we're all out when B7 arrives... any moment.

Let's hope the moment is very soon for our sanity.

It's not like Parkwood is actually doing anything for Chloe's roll out so I don't see how that would clash with Bey's new era

I'm not convinced that Chloe's album is on the horizon either. IIRC she said it was halfway done when HM came out and there's still no signs of it. I'd like to think she wouldn't pull a Normani but...

@ShouldersSidewaysCan you please visit Beyoncé's mansion and force her to drop B7?!

Beyoncé divorces Jay Z, releases a happy liberating dance album, has her own Confessions of The Dancefloor/Emancipation of Mimi smash, calls up Kelly and Michelle and they go on the “Independent Women” WW tour to the USA, Europe, Africa, Australia, South America and Asia.

If that were to happen, shed definitely repeak in all areas

The way y'all fantasize over her and Jay's divorce is... weird. :doc: Especially when they have three children together.

Her Jay collabs are for the most part all bops anyways. We NEED another Drunk in Love

I was just watching this and wondering, why don’t we get moments like this anymore? I feel like a lot of the newer artist are on some high horse, and can’t  respect the people that pave the way. The look on Alexandra face was pure joy, happiness, and elation. If we don’t get moments like this now, where does that leave the inspiration for the next generation. Tell me your thoughts
