Added a rock section at the beginning, something to surprise everyone right before the "Irreplaceable" singalong, a Dolly Parton Cover sandwiched between her two contributions to Cowboy Carter, and added a little piece of "Cater 2 U" as the second half of "II Hands II Heaven" is a perfect fit with the bridge of "Cater 2 U".

What's not been stated enough is how Lemonade impacted many female albums after it in having a narration or a chapterized run, specially albums about ruptures or bad romances.
