cloudbusting Posted October 23 Posted October 23 CC being such a frontloaded era it's basically shaped like Wendy 3
Bicassie Posted October 23 Posted October 23 atleast getting the tickets we want won't be such a pain in the ass like last time since there will be less competition 1

There's NO way in her creative mind that she believes a "BEEN COUNTRY TOUR" would work with a lifeless album. I don't mean to be rude because COWBOY CARTER is a great album that doesn't necessarily need singles success, but in terms of a successful tour, this would be a mess.. especially in mid-2025. I just hope she scraps any idea of a tour. You know what, a residency would work.. people would pay and I could see it being a success and good press for her. But if neither, we need act iii in 2025. This trilogy (and hopefully visuals) needs to conclude by the end of next year. She's truly beating a dead horse at this point; poor RENEIGH. Edited October 24 by Brikenbur 2
cloudbusting Posted October 23 Posted October 23 she did OTRII with no initial album and then attached a bomb to it, she can absolutely still tour Cowboy Cécred I don't see her doing it, but she could 1
Bicassie Posted October 23 Posted October 23 Sometimes I feel like the hive wants her to fail at things reading these posts. Ya'll acting like Bey can't tour stadiums if she wants to and that TH'E wasn't a bigger #1 smash than BMS 1 3
ReneighIsHere Posted October 23 Posted October 23 I don't want her to tour this album cause besides like 5 songs, it's mostly slow... a residency would have been better for this album cause it's more intimate. She should wait till she drops act III and tour both albums (and that's what will probably happen in my opinion)
Devin Posted October 23 Posted October 23 the tour will be successful. the problem is CC been such a non event musically, ppl will attend and not know the material OR apprehensive to attend a country themed tour. reasons why she needa attach act iii and do some promo to attract interest again.
cloudbusting Posted October 23 Posted October 23 all I know is that if II HOLES II HEAVEN doesn't get a live performance at some point, it's on sight with the horse lady 1
Draper. Posted October 23 Posted October 23 The tour would be a moment because it has a defined aesthetic that people can engage with. There was the Barbie summer, then Renaissance and the Eras tour, and then Brat summer. People love an experience they can be a part of and the country aesthetic already provides that. 1

Chris Posted October 23 Posted October 23 She NEEDS to tour Amsterdam. Something always goes wrong there.

Chris Posted October 23 Posted October 23 Texas Hold EM hit #1 on the Hot 100 and certain FAGTRLers act like it's a flop or something. 2
Cbreezy Posted October 23 Posted October 23 I agree that the tour will be successful. It's...Beyonce. Granted sis will always roll into my city, it would be such a shame if she really isn't doing some of the international regions that continue to hold her down (e.g. South America / Australia etc). At the same time, I imagine it's a combination of her kids' schooling and certain regions not having properly mapped-out tour routing (to make it financially profitable taking a whole production there). I've not been "as" bothered about the CC charting situation as the album has tick-boxed my "bare minimum" metrics for "a successful Beyonce era". But a tour for an album that comparable to Rennie is already in such rearview at this stage of its life-cycle will be...interesting. I wonder if she will drop a Platinum edition or a something to give it an extra umph.

We always took pride in the fact that Bey was all about longevity but her longevity game is ****. Sorry not sorry Everything till BEYONCE was aimed at longevity, everything since is aimed at initial hype and NO sustain. Thats why her old stuff keeps surpassing her new output. Shes lost herself in the money-game Shes essentially become what she criticized, however on a much more severe level- albums. Edited October 23 by Kristie Kuwa 2 1
