No booklet and the photos she did release are very simplistic and were clearly done very recently. The Renaissance booklet is clearly from the visuals so really makes you wonder what gives? I was shocked that the vinyl didn't have a booklet or anything. Do you guys think she kind of rush released this? Like the Superbowl opportunity arose and she took it? I can't imagine she was sitting on this date for a year now. IDK, it's one of her sloppier releases. The Renaissance vinyl was perfection. This vinyl is a mess. My white vinyl has black smudges all over it I will say I'm not bothered by the lacking 5 tracks, I'd rather her include them somewhere than not at all. With the big deal made by people, she may just say **** it and not give us a long as album again.
simon Posted April 6 Posted April 6 (edited) Sloppy or not - COYBOY CARTER came at the PERFECT TIME! She really is on the Zeitgeist! I LOVE how the name has grown on the whole world. It's instantly ICONIC and probably up there with Lemonade & Renaissance in terms of iconic album titles. Edited April 6 by simon

She already confirmed it was supposed to come first. It's also clearly tied to Renaissance. I really hop she is not holding off on this until Act 3. Cowboy Carter era is more successful than Renaissance so why not just tease the visuals and then release the project. Well she made last minute changes for CC, what makes you think we have the visual ready? I bet she's still editing and editing.

Act I was a scam, which led me not to preorder anything for Act II. Then this happen for Act II which is even worse ( patiently waiting for the standard CD with booklet). This "Queen move at its own pace" thingy is gonna backfired sooner or later. 1
thirdward Posted April 6 Posted April 6 idk why she didn't release the THE video with a "full film coming soon" at the end everyone would've been focused on it while she finishes the visuals 2
Comedor Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I love when people use the DIL Dubai vocals in meme videos, especially the ones with natural disasters. I need help. 1

Even after knowing the vinyl was a mess, it still sold out in some places, and sold another 15-20k in the US since lol

One mv per act with a teaser of the film to come next decade 1
Lose My Breath Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I've never wanted to do this, but I want to delete spaghetti It messes up the flow IMO 3 1 2 1

thirdward Posted April 6 Posted April 6 and btw I'm surprised she wanted to make visuals again after BIK having 3 acts is already a lot of work, add tour(s) and now videos for probably every song that's a lot for anyone
sillycilla Posted April 6 Posted April 6 (edited) Rock and Roll HOF posted this. Neat! Edited April 6 by sillycilla 4 1

jane Posted April 6 Posted April 6 YAYA is insane. It will be one of her best tour moments ever, you already know! 4 1
jane Posted April 6 Posted April 6 (edited) I think if she is touring this album next summer then there will be visuals this time. I also think there is a high chance that she will release Act III this fall and prepare one tour to cover both albums. Knowing Bey she wont spend the next 5 years of her life doing this, she will get bored. Plus there are already Rock elements in this act so following with Act III Rock will be easy. Space&Time Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I was so blown away by Ya Ya I didn't appreciate the lyrics until a few days later. 1

Space&Time Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I agree about Spaghetti, it was absolutely jarring on first listen. However, it has grown on me.
