Draper. Posted March 23 Posted March 23 If she were to do a "rock" album I'd like her doing something more textured or genre-bending in the style of Brittany Howard, Steve Lacy or Yves Tumor over something more classic sounding. I don't think she's doing rock tho. 3
Lose My Breath Posted March 23 Posted March 23 She has done a lot of soft rock type tracks, too, on IA…SF 2

Kristie Kuwa Posted March 23 Posted March 23 This trilogy will single-handledly be regarded as her magnum opus in hindsight - I really dont get the worries. Never was an artist as fearless and devoted as Beyonce. That whole saga will manifest her legacy. 13

PaloSanto Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Theres no way act iii isnt a full fledged studio album. Everything points to it. She's probably listening to it as we speak and making notes and changing details right now while we havent even seen act ii's tracklist cause that's how she is. Always ten steps ahead, playing 3d chess on our clueless clown asses 4 1

PaloSanto Posted March 23 Posted March 23 On a side note I'll take any sound for act iii... rock, jazz, rap, blues, rnb, tango, gospel, classical, reggae... as long as it's not a joint album. Been there done that And this is coming from someone who genuinelly enjoys EIL 1

I will never doubt her. 1
Pepo Posted March 23 Posted March 23 "Timeless and classic music" Instead of a IASF 2.0 this album might be 4 2.0

Crayzik Posted March 23 Posted March 23 The fact that she worked on CC before RENAISSANCE and took 5 years to create it made me more excited about the project. The quality of the music must be really good if she prefered to wait all this time to release it - we may experience one of her best album 1

Will this mean the end of album rankings once and for all? 2 2
Space&Time Posted March 23 Posted March 23 OMG! Ya'll we are getting a new Beyoncé album this Friday! Let's be real, the expectations for this album are high AF! But I believe the Creole lady will deliver! 7

I don't get why she would call the albums act 1 and 2 then visuals act 3. I remember people started doubting act 2 because nothing was coming.

I remember people started doubting act 2 because nothing was coming. We have already benn through the stage when a lot of people were saying that act ii is visuals and act iii is your while Beyonce basically said in the booklet that it is music. Starting this again when we almost have act ii as a brand new album is a nonsense. what is more, we also have been through "the future acts are scrapped" phase while it was not time to release act ii earlier with your and film for act i going on. We still haven't gotten film on streaming or live album, probably because of the tight schedule 4
