Why would she put a standard vinyl up for sale when there's still like over 60k limited edition vinyls unsold? :michael:

Maybe they'd be sold out if she had a better cover for those

i'm really convinced she changed her mind about the cover very recently but they had already started to make the vinyls and CDs which is why they all have the "limited" cover..  even if she puts out the preorder for the standard vinyl soon but i don't think it will ship first week cause it's probably still in production

She have had the standard for sale over the limited edition.  It's moving slow.

I'm not a vinyl expert, but if the tracklist is the same, wouldn't it just be a case of the swapping the cover to the standard for the stock she has left?

I'm not even talking about what cover is better or will sell better. I'm just saying that there's literally no point in selling standard vinyls right now at the same price point when there's stock left on a much more valuable variant of it.

Some people will complain about Parkwood messing the release because she doesn't have a standard physical version on release date but that's just a bad business move. That's just seeing it from a stan "first week numbers are the most important" perspective.

Is the physicals going to be in stores or not? I've seen nothing about it.

you're right it's possible they do that with the black vinyl which is probably the one they have more in stock, it would be definitely be quicker

I'm sure the Renaissance vinyl was available within a month of release at the Fnac lmfao

I mean, there are 4 CDs available in her store right now. They just have the alternate cover.

Tracey Chapman would make sense as a collab

The theory that the limited cover was supposed to be the standard cover scares the living hell out of me. Does that mean she was considering Beyincé as an album title :biblio:
