She now ties Britney and Gaga with 6 UK #1s. If she got another #1 this era or during Act III, she's going to tie Kylie, Michael, Ariana and Justin Bieber.

I have a theory.

What is "Act 2" is her IASF and there is 2 sides. She released two singles - one more uptempo with colored imagery, and one more simplistic with black&white imagery. That will also allow her to explore the different sides of country (the more fun side, and the more storytelling side).

Just an idea, but we will see.

I don't know if she will do the "two sides" shtick exactly, but if not, I fully expect her to continue doing what she did with Renaissance vinyl sides. They worked so well.

i think it's going to be like Renaissance...a mixed bag of everything related to the genre

i'm personally hoping there's a soulful blues song...b/c blues is heavily tied to the origins of country. her own original "I'd Rather Go Blind" type of song which "tenessee whiskey" heavily borrows from.

I’ve been wondering if Cadillac Records was going to influence her sound. She already referenced Chuck Berry in her Act 2 trailer.

So the new theory is Act II is called Reflection and I buy into that.

She's been posting mirrors the entire era.

Based on the Paris, Texas referencing

(There is an old blog post about the theme of distance x reflection in the movie)

If she doesn't make a lot of noise with this album in Latin America, she will with the Samba Rock tracks she's doing

The "versatile" debate is so funny to me when its evident that their favs could literally NEVER do songs like Formation, Crazy in Love, Love On Top or Listen, while Beys tribute of their songs would probably go viral because shes THAT good :fan:

I just can’t imagine what her Kennedy Honors or Grammys tribute will be like, with Crazy In Love, Deja Vu, Check On It, Listen, Irreplaceable, Green Light, Single Ladies, Halo, Ave Maria, Love On Top, Run The World, Countdown, Drunk In Love, Superpower, BLOW(!!), Formation, Don’t Hurt Yourself, Hold Up, Sorry, Love Drought, Spirit, Break My Soul, Cuff It, America Has A Problem, Texas Hold ‘Em, and 16 Carriages.

The girls, gays and theys from every genre will be lining up to pay their respects :coffee2:

This ain’t Texas! Beyoncé returns to Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart for the first time in 14 years today,

proving the superstar is more culturally relevant than ever.

PERIODDDDDDDDDDDD

Also

Dominant in the US but notoriously hard to break in the UK (genre staples like Shania Twain and Dolly Parton, for example, have never had a UK Number 1 single), country is undergoing something of a resurgence here, spearheaded by Beyoncé’s new Number 1.
