Not even during renaissance release day?! Crazy…

She didn't get a crazy good boost with Rennie, not like these

I remember Renaissance release sucked the life out of the other albums :ahh:. Her catalog streams were lower than usual :rip:

Now it seems like she has a song that truly hit the general public so it's making people curious for her music again.

I just can't believe the smashery we are witnessing.

Its so unorthodox that 1 song is lifting up her entire discography higher than a comeback album did.

I can imagine the horror on the faces of GP that haven’t checked for her in eons, hit play on Renaissance and the opening lyrics are these mutherf’as ain’t stopping me …

DEUXMOI via Instagram about Beyoncé's VISUALS:

“The celebrities in Visuals for Beyoncé are genuinely surprising – so many black artists, celebrities, etc. – I'm shocked that you remained silent for so long. These are people she hugged at the Grammys. She spent over 5 years coming up with the idea for them, and it is a complete two-part film for all three acts combined.”

“When will Beyoncé’s visual album be released? Literally everyone is in it – Maya Rudolph, Jamie Foxx, Kevin Hart, Alana Haim and more. Can not wait!"

Reminder: they got Beyoncé right for ESSENCE magazine.

Deuxmoi isn’t one insider - it’s a page where (alleged) insiders can submit tea. Even if somebody gets one thing right doesn’t mean we should trust everything we read there.

personally this isn’t believable because what the hell will Alana Haim  do on a Bey visual?

i played TEXAS from TTH and that Noah Kahan song played after and it's a downgrade. i'm not surprised that TEXAS is smashing if that's competition

I’m just like why have they been sleep this long? Have they been actively avoiding her music knowing the topics of blackness in a lot of her new music? Did they just think she fell off? I’m gonna keep a close eye on stats once Taylor releases. Idk if they’re temporarily on a bandwagon or if they’re fully back on the train. People that I follow that haven’t ever mentioned Beyoncé suddenly calling her Queen is so bizarre. All it took was one main stream non overly explicit song. Imagine if she never went explicit and stayed pop.

I think the gains now show how much she increased her streaming power WITH Rennie.  When Rennie first came out, I feel like those that were primarily streaming her older catalog moved to Rennie, which is why her older stuff had some terrible updates, but as she rebuilt her streaming brand over the last 1.5 years, and reintroduced herself, she's growing again.  Her next album will show ever greater growth.

I originally was thinking she would do around 20 million daily with a new album, but I'm thinking more like 30 million daily for a while, which would be crazy

It was so smart of her to lead with RENAISSANCE (a very upbeat and less intrinsically off-path genre) but also to not push it too hard given her streaming presence was still kind of low. I know many will say "if she pushed Ren harder she might have ended that sooner" but I also think there's something for organic interest, of letting fans find their emotional connection not through forcing it but just quality finding you. Yes, now she's doing more than she did for BREAK MY SOUL, but in actuality it's not even the kind of hardcore promo we were wishing from her... its just...being visible for the most party.

So now, I feel like the organic seeds are sprouting and she didn't even have to use all this extra fertilizer, just love and care and letting it grow as it will.

So many of her haters from the past era are now banned or missing. Hoping a couple more users get banned this cycle.

This. The way there use to be SOOOO many Monsters during the Rennie era. Then POOF - GONE! :ahh:

I’m so glad cause they were doing embarrassingly too much.

not only with the increased notoriety of her on streaming BUT with a lot of people in the "I don't hate beyoncé I just don't like her music" camp now having a music they can get into. which is why I think her boost is also happening... a lot of people maybe thinking they missed out and are going back to check things.

If that Deuxmoi tea is true, the most exciting thing I took from it is that its a "two-part movie".

Because that would mean Act II really could drop as a joint visual for Rennie and Rodeo with part 2 of the film coming for Act III.

One all-encompassing visual has been throwing me because it just means we sit visual-less for way too long.

The two-parter solves alladat!

still can’t fully wrap my mind around the fact that we’re getting a full pop-machine style album cycle (as in promo, actual single support, etc)… in 2024

if you had told me we’d be here even just a week ago, I would’ve laughed in your face

If we go by DeuxMoi then the album is titled Americana which is better than Rodeo imo

i agree, but she did promo for BREAK MY SOUL too. we had instrumental and acapella versions + remix ep + + remix with Madonna + better playlisting + radio deal. she's not doing that much now, it's just that now she's everywhere so it seems like she's doing more

she is very smart and a ruthless tactician and i will kindly ask you all to never doubt her again like you did these past years

the post-tour silence is clouding my vision but still, we saw so much of her just kinda sorta-ing her way through the Rennie era as far as pushing songs went. BMS was a good start, but fumbling Cuff It for so long, almost going for Church Girl, ignoring AHAP after the remix dropped… it felt like the trenches to me idk

And I’m so GLAD too. Because the way the Mods use to be SO QUICK with banning Hive members that were simply rightfully trying to defend Bey. Not only that but call out the Mods for their racial bias was so ridiculous. But now it’s feeling better and we are actually having FUN in here. :ahh:
