I don't mind OTR blocking most of those songs because some of them (ME, If I Can't Have You, YNTCD) are frontloaded songs that have had minimal impact on people and they don't feel like #1s :michael:

This is exactly my thoughts, most of these songs didn’t deserve #1 at all, the only one that did is Bad Guy.

I hope OTR breaks the record. Such a bop and would be a kii for an atrler to do that.

I feel like Wow definitely deserved the #1 spot, it’s longevity across all metrics was amazing.

Juice was the single before TH and it’s done already the best move would be to release one of the newer songs to reach max potential

it's still rising on iTunes tbh, just reached top 40

How did NRO go down when it increased on sales, streaming and radio? makes no sense

It dropped 9 spots on the blended streaming chart to #49

It also dropped 6 spots on the ODS chart to #30. If it increased, there would be a gains in performance marker even if it dropped in positions.

May 4, 2019 - "Wow." - Post Malone [2nd Week @ #1]

May 11, 2019 - "ME! (feat. Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco)" - Taylor Swift [1st Week @ #1]

May 18, 2019 - "If I Can't Have You" - Shawn Mendes [1st Week @ #1]

May 25, 2019 - "I Don't Care" - Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber [1st Week @ #1]

June 1, 2019 - "I Don't Care" - Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber [2nd Week @ #1]

June 8, 2019 - "bad guy" - Billie Eilish [1st Week @ #1]

June 15, 2019 - "bad guy" - Billie Eilish [2nd Week @ #1]

June 22, 2019 - "bad guy" - Billie Eilish [3rd Week @ #1]

June 29, 2019 - "You Need To Calm Down" - Taylor Swift [1st Week @ #1]

I hate this song so much... Post could've had more weeks at #1 with Sunflower and another #1 with Wow. Taylor could've gotten her 6th and 7th number one singles. Ed and Justin both would've followed up their huge 2017 smashes and Billie would've put the icing on the cake with Bad Guy getting three weeks at #1.

I think Bad Guy would have pulled a Royals and spent 6-9 weeks at #1 if OTR didn't exist.

makes me wonder if they miscounted some streams (it happens) cause it definitely increased on Spotify and I'm pretty sure on AM as well

It increased 500k on Spotify but it did fall slightly on AM and Amazon music iirc. 6 spots decrease on ODS with 3 debuts above is not that suspicious actually.

I'd go with Soulmate probably tbh.

Yeah I was thinking either Soulmate or Crybaby! And I'd correct myself and say her label needs to release a new single in the next few weeks (like sometime after TH goes top 10) so she's not waiting for a new song to build momentum. Don't want the good sis to be a one hit wonder :thing:

Edit: I lowkey want Jerome to be a single too but it would probably flop :'(

When is it realistic to say that Señorita has a chance at going #1 if it keeps going at this pace?
