(People clicking and checking out what the rumors are about) But for it to still be growing shows how catchy it is, it's really hard for a pop song to resonate with the GP while being so explicit with names. All these popular tweets (this is only a fraction of them) and not one of them mention the name dropping. The song is going viral because of the quotability of the lyrics. People cared about the name dropping no longer than a day and most of the GP didn't care at all. They're still streaming all these days later (and streaming more than the first day mind you) because they like the song and the lyrics are relatable.
