Ppl are doing a bit too much here. I expected more too but his streaming is too ****ing massive and streaming just increased, and sales dwindle.

And he's gonna have longevity.

He did a lil too much by talking his album up everywhere, which looks kinda bad now, but again, GP uses his music now more than anyone else.

And he had his target on Adele, not said he'd beat her tbh

Great numbers tbh

He didn't say he was gonna sell more than Adele

No matter how hard you try, your fave pop girl can't do half numbers :toofunny2:

And he won't be frontloaded

Ew this statement is TRAGIC.

I can't help but laugh at the way his hyper-inflated ego will be given a humbling lashing

Yeah, he did say he was afraid to release with Bruno, the Weekend, and Beyoncé, and he was right to be.

Male Adele cancelled :dies:

I don't think you can say the GP likes him more than Beyonce, Taylor, and Drake :michael:

I'm not an Ed fan, but this is impressive no matter which way y'all haters try to spin it.

The GP (streaming) on a global scale uses Ed more than anyone else.

Yeah, I thought he was gonna outsell them by a big margin but w.e his numbers are still impressive.

He did this to himself by saying Adele is his only competition. :skull:

I don't use Ed but these are solid numbers for him. He has nothing to be ashamed of.

DDddd at the ATRL losers. They LOST AGAIN. Best selling album of the year in just one week, pulling record-breaking streaming numbers, HUGE sales WW. Biggest song of the decade. If this is losing, god, I want to LOSE

That's it? Obviously not bad numbers but considering how hyped he is rn and how huge he claims to be + SOY being the smash of the year i was expecting at least 450k pure sales and over 500k sps

Oh. Thought we were talking U.S. You're correct then. :fan:

Did someone say Shape Of You is the song of decade in here :ahh:

Uptown Funk & Get Lucky are already timeless songs that will live on forever.

Not to mention Rolling In The Deep being the crucial song to the birth of the last big seller in music history.

Shape Of You is lyrically more attractive than Cheap Thrills, but it's less imaginative. Basically Roar 2.0 :eli:
