Some people don't buy or stream their songs, some just rely on radio as its source of music. For them, it's enough the songs they put there. Not everyone streams or buys songs, it's reallity. Some just rely on radio, that's why radio audiences won't have the same sales/streams preferences, but they should be similar in most cases. Neither streaming nor call outs accurately represent everyone because they have different audiences. And Diamonds deserves to be a hit and I think it’s impressive a gender-queer artist is getting this much radio support! If she was smashing on callouts, all of a sudden they would be extremely important. Call outs have always been reliable and it makes sense that the songs with the best callouts do the best in the long term because that's what the radio listeners wants.
