Flowers holds off Calm Down for another week at #1. I guess that means Calm Down will be #1 next week, followed by Creepin 2 weeks from now. A necessary evil to get rid of them, so we can have Sure Thing at #1.

No recurrents tonight, but All of the Girls You Loved Before, Nobody Gets Me, and River will be purged.

Well, "Flowers" is one of the biggest pop hits in recent years for sure, an oustanding performance on Pop radio, 10 weeks at #1 there, which is super difficult to get there.

Hope CD gets it next week! And I don't think "Creepin'" is going #1, I'd love to, but it's just organic demand that the song can't stop being played imo.

Posty ending Ed by tomorrow :duca:

Maybe LN is finally coming on Pop, and surprised TG is still going, Country representing right there, more than a surprised having both songs inside the Top 20 at the same time.

The way they're treating "ceilings" :biblio:

Double Fantasy

Maybe part of the reason why ceilings is stagnant is because songs like Flowers, Calm Down, and Creepin are hogging up the spins. The faster Pop moves on from those songs, the better the chances of ceilings of having a decent run on Pop.

Nope, peaked at #55 (though still higher than nonsense’s peak so far).

2BL peaked at #15 on Pop, but the problem I had was that it was held on for way too long. The streaming numbers were atrocious, and does not justify Pop keeping the song on for as long as it did. (I’m still annoyed MB kept this payola song on the chart instead of giving UIFY a 21st week.)

Hahaha! Yall have IHeart radio in Canada too! I'm listening to the Leafs v Bolts game. Are there any Rhythmic stations up there now? I see All Access Charts for Active Rock, Alt Rock, T 40, HAC, Main AC & Country but not Rhythmic/Urban. And is there a Canada MB AI chart? I only see the 6 separate charts not a combo.

OT Its complicated but I actually like TML over Bolts in Hockey. Baseball is Rays 1st & Blue Jays 2nd though.

Yes I feel like half of our stations are iHeartradio now. Umm not many Rhythmic the few we have get lumped into Top 40, or are independently owned. This is the most popular rhythmic station in Canada: https://flow987.com

And yes we use mediabase too: https://www.fyimusicnews.ca/fyi-charts/canadian-airplay-charts

I don’t see an overall chart. But Top 40 and Hot AC are the 2 with largest AI, so I mostly look at those 2. The other formals are extremely tiny.

Calm Down is getting the #1 tomorrow most likely so it’s gonna stay at 10 weeks at least for this week. Don’t know how much it can keep that position though, maybe Miley manages to fall more slowly and gets yet another week

I know BB had 1 before switching to MB airplay. But even it ranked songs by spins. I guess that was to better balance out the formats. Hopefully BB/MB gives us 1 soon.

Pop needs to gut Flowers, and let Calm Down and Creepin have their turns at #1 the next few weeks and get them out of the way so we can be done with this BS sooner rather than later, and maybe they can start to push Cupid harder.

Pop needs to gut Flowers, and let Calm Down and Creepin have their turns at #1 the next few weeks and get them out of the way so we can be done with this BS sooner rather than later, and maybe they can start to push Cupid harder.

You are so embarrassing with this :rip: This constant complains about Calm Down, because it is too old already and then rooting for song, that is more than 10 years old and already charted 12 years ago :rip:

(And I love Sure Thing, I hope it goes #1 after Calm Down)

The Chainsmokers who do you love peaked at #52

Stacie Orrico's Stuck also peaked at number 52 in 2003 on the Hot 100 whilst being a top ten hit at pop radio.
