I’m so so happy for her :jonny: hope it can rise or stay stable next week. I hate that they’re taking so long to send it to radio. Are they waiting for the movie to come out or something?

Congrats :clap3: the song is really good and a great way to introduce her as a solo artist.

The movie looks good as well :smitten:

Seeing as this is a comparison thread, what were the Hot 100 debuts for:

I Know What You Did Last Summer

Bad Things

Back To Me

Strangers

Crying In The Club

Havana

OMG

Never Be The Same

All Night

Boom Boom

Perfect

Look At Us Now

Did I miss any?

I Know What You Did Last Summer  97

Bad Things  80

Back To Me [Didn't chart on the Hot 100]

Strangers 100

Crying In The Club 47

Havana 99

OMG 81 (peak)

Never Be The Same  61

The below peaked on BB genre charts but didn't make the overall popularity chart Hot 100

IKWYDLS would've had a bigger debut if it was released on a Friday for a full tracking week, but they released it on Wednesday so its debut only includes less than 48 hours. It was around the 90s then it jumped 50 spots the following week.

Khalid better work :clap3:

Lol but this is Khalid's highest debut. I'm sure that has a lot to do with it also being Normani's debut. She sings half the song and she made the video. Come come again.

khalid is LITERALLY the sole reason behind that chart debut.

she isn't going to happen, LMFAO.

You aren't going to happen boo

Khalid's last single, Saved, didn't chart.

This debuted higher than his songs with Marshmello, Lorde, Allessia Cara, and Logic so what's the difference?

Normani (her manager Brandon, and Spotify lol)
