discussion Did anyone in your family know you were LGBTQ+ before you did?
Spark replied to Josh's topic in The Lounge
Probably. I mean I was begging for Britney albums at 4. They probably knew. I'm pretty sure most parents or close family know before the child does. Kids don't really have a sense of feminine/masculine rules until they're older around 7-8 I think. -
celeb news Britney seen with her ex-felon boyfriend and breaks windhsield
rcksluke posted a topic in Celebria
"The Baby One More Time songstress, 42 - who has to pay Jamie's legal bills which amount to $2 million while she gets nothing - was spotted earlier on Thursday in the San Fernando Valley with ex and felon, Paul Richard Soliz. Both the performer and Soliz were seen trying to keep a low profile as they sat inside a Mercedes SUV on the side of a road, as per photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. While Paul was sitting in front of the steering wheel, Britney sat in the passenger seat and was slouched down on the red leather material. At one point, the star - who donned a pair of blue jeans and white top - kicked up her tan heels onto the dashboard, and cracked the windshield on her side. Britney held her smartphone in her hand while also sporting a pair of white-rimmed shades. The singer's former housekeeper also dressed down in a blue, plaid button up as the pair prepared to drive off to their next destination. Earlier this year in February, the Toxic hitmaker shut down rumors that she was dating Paul in an Instagram video. Alongside a reel of the star showing off her dance skills, Spears penned that she is a 'hopeless romantic understanding that being single is awesome.' At the time, an insider had informed Us Weekly that, 'Britney and Paul are definitely together' while adding, 'He's still in the picture.' A separate source also claimed to the publication that the pair have taken short trips to Santa Barbara together, and added that her former housekeeper also spends the night at her home. 'She doesn't like it when he leaves. [Britney] feels as though she deserves more attention, but he has to be there for his kids.' And last year in September, another insider told DailyMail.com that Britney and Paul aren't dating, but revealed they had a 'short fling.' The songstress was most recently married to Sam Asghari whom she tied the knot with in 2022. However, in August 2023, the actor filed for divorce, citing 'irreconcilable differences.' 'They had a short fling after Sam left but that was it,' the source informed DailyMail.com. 'Britney hooked up with him twice and, at the time, [she] did not know about his criminal past. She no longer has any communication with him.' Paul notably has multiple felonies, according to court documents, such as possession of a fire arm in December 2022 when he was employed by Britney. Also in September 2023, Soliz was seen at the San Fernando Superior Court after allegedly violating his probation. Britney's latest outing comes after her she shockingly settled her years-long legal battle with dad Jamie Spears and will end up footing his over $2million legal bills while getting nothing in the process. The singer quietly resolved her legal battle with her 71-year-old father according to TMZ on Friday, and she is said to be furious over the matter. According to the site, Jamie will not be paying a cent and his daughter will be paying for his legal bills in what is said to be a stunning turn of events. DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Spears and has yet to hear back." https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13356147/Britney-Spears-sighting-legal-settlement-dad-Jamie-car-felon-Paul-Richard-Soliz.html -

I feel livid for her! I hope at least she finds peace in having this battle behind her soon. -
base talk who is more organic? Taylor or Adele?
MissedTheTrain replied to supertiffany's topic in Base
I still don't get these comments...there are 5 variants of TTPD, which is less than the majority of other popular female artists. Adele had 3 variants of 30, which isn't much less. -

Kitboga replied to Feanor's topic in Charts & Sales
Well obviously she couldn't be on MJ's level cus no one is, but fact is she that has records that matches his or even overtaken him, and will (probably) surpass him in total sales within a quick few years, puts her amount the top 5-10 biggest artist ever to have existed already. I suppose I should've seen why some of you are so worked up over her. This is why. -

Can we stop attacking Matthew? He literally freed Britney out of the conservatorship. Settlements are usually done with consent of both parties. No one could settle when one party wouldn't want it to happen. She probably got tired of all the ****. I mean I can't blame her. Her life is truly a ******* tragedy. If this is a way to finally rest all the bullshit she's been through all these years then I'm here for it. -
movie Challengers | by Guadagnino w/ Zendaya, Faist and O'Connor | MC: 83 / RT: 88%
vale9001 replied to Antisocialites's topic in Entertainment
The movie is higly overrated. It's still interesting, good and magnetic and guadagnino direction Is really great but only people on "film Twitter" started to watch serious movies 5 years ago can think this Is a masterpiece or near to It. So many lows in this movie. Mike faist is superb here and oscar worthy. Josh o Connor great in the final part of the movie, in the rest is not at his best, a little bit monotonous in his approach to the character. Zendaya is just mediocre, as always. She give something in 2-3 scenes, then always the half closed eyes She thinks is "intense actress" and her sulky face. So One note, so incapable to give nothing than surface at what should be an intricate character. I can't help but think of how greater a movie with a story so basic (and heavily complicated by the screenplay often with no reason) and based only on characters complexity would have been with a good actress. -
I have a really good feeling about 1:59. To answer what you said earlier, I think Candy Paint has the potential to become a hit. It has some of the ingredients that we all want from her – it's sassy, energetic, and she's talking her ish. I believe this is something people either wanted from her or something they didn't realize they needed from her. My personal favorite though, is 1:59.

what i love most about this is that there are clear influences from her past work + others, but everything feels... fresh and evolved? like it never feels like a retread or a pastiche even if those referential points are clear because it's still so undeniably Annie

We all know it's Adele because her success is more unintentional But these threads vilifying Taylor for caring about her craft and pushing it strategically are getting tired It's 2 different sides and ways to approach your career and no one is doing anything wrong here
