Havana and Rockstar's gap being bigger this week than last week

She should have discounted and released the remix the previous week

 

Post Malone at this point doesn't even need an official video to stay at #1 for at least 5 more weeks. That audio clip is getting a lot of views on youtube (basically the same of Havana's official video, audio, remix and vertical video combined in the US ).

 

I wonder who will be the next #1...

Could be a lot sooner, it's only been on TTH for one day & the gap yesterday was 901,928 streams, so the Havana remix being on TTH playlist has been able to reduce the gap by 165,969 streams in just one day. She doesn't need to pass Post in streams just needs to close the gap a lot for #1 on the Hot 100 i think

I remember people claiming Despacito would take over SOY and I made the argument that Despacito was driven by the summer and SOY is an all year around hit that will get enough recurrent play to keep Despacito at bay.

I love making predictions for the YE chart every year, but I'm not feeling super confident about where everything place this year (a lot of songs seem to be in clusters within a few points of each other). I will be surprised if Sam doesn't end up in the top 10 tho. I haven't been keeping track like Ger has, but this is my take for the YE top ten.
