Misleading title. She sold 300,000 first day, which is still impressive.

No. 700k ish. Preorders counts for first day. U should have learned from 25's release

No, she didn’t. Preorders do not count, as they aren’t a charged transaction until the album is released. She sold 700k first day. Do you even realize how that works? ?

Well, what is the truth?

Whichever one is true, that's still very impressive :clap3:

Of course Billboard, Buzzangle themselves said their data was incomplete

If she sold that the first day, the 1.5million mark or something along those lines should be on lock. Her selling power is out of the world, when will my faves not named Adele? :clap3:

Taylor Swift's 'Reputation' Sold 700,000 on First Day in U.S.

Further, Reputation could become 2017’s biggest selling album after only one week on sale. Through the week ending Nov. 2, Ed Sheeran’s ÷ (Divide) is the year’s top seller, with 909,000 copies sold.

So basically by now she probably already has the best selling album of the year in the US (pure sales) :skull:

She will end up in the 1.5-1.8 mark, I think. I don't like her but, damn, this is something seriously amazing.

Her debut album turned 11 years old just a few weeks ago.

Mess. I've been out of the loop from album sales, but I thought she was going to disappoint judging by al the "Taylor is over", "her singles are flopping", threads I've been seeing in recent weeks :rip:

AtRL taking yet another loss

The way this site has been downplaying Reputation’s success, you would’ve thought the album was going to barely scrape 200k.

700k is phenomenal. I really hope she reaches the 1.5 mark.

If only an artist who is claimed to be the second coming of Jesus can sell 700k in a day and not in a week, right?

Congratulations Taylor for outselling bigger artists' first week sales in a day!
