Quote KYLIE JENNER (penalty vote) Riri. & Kylie Jenner We have an exceptionally bizarre situation on our hands, which is why the results were delayed as rl231 and I tried to figure out the fairest course of action for all involved. As you can see, Kylie Jenner has not voted, and has thus received a penalty vote against herself. Typing a vote to us takes 2 seconds, and in a 24 hour period, there are really no reasons that you can't cast a vote in this game. Of course, this situation would not have mattered if the hidden immunity idol was not played, but in this case, every single vote had an substantial impact on the final result. Taking everything into account, the fairest result is for a tiebreaker between Riri. and Kylie, as these are the actions/votes that were locked in when the deadline passed at 8 PM EST. In round 5, both Riri. and Kylie will compete as normal, and have their songs scored by the judges. The contestant who submits the HIGHER scoring song will stay in the game and have their score count for their tribe. The contestant who submits the LOWER scoring song will be eliminated and their score will have no impact on round 5's tribal competition. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask, but I don't want to hear any complaints, because this is the only fair solution that makes sense given the complex scenario.
