You just cannot compare Khaled's SPS to Calvin's :rip: One has 23 tracks and one has only 9 tracks

June 30 - Jay-Z (TIDAL release)

July 7 - Jay-Z (iTunes + Apple Music release)

July 14 - Jay-Z

July 21 - Jay-Z vs Lana del Rey (Jay-Z might block her)

July 28 - Arcade Fire

wait why the **** is Jay-Z releasing his album to competition services? :biblio:

He let Kanye's album rot on Tidal and basically killed Rihanna's Anti era sales potential and now he dares to take his music outside of Tidal? Hell no bitch...

YOUR POST-HOLIDAY HANGOVER TOP 20:DJ BATTLE?

It may be another battle for #1 this week, as DJ Khaled looks to repeat against the debuting Calvin Harris. This may change if Tidal reports streams and sales for Jay-Z’s new album. At this point it appears 4:44 won’t be reported, as no daily info has yet appeared. The album is exclusive to Tidal in its first week and is expected to go wide on Friday.

  1. (*) Calvin Harris (Columbia) 57-62k SPS, 22-25k album
  2. DJ Khaled (We The Best/Epic) 55-60k, 12-15k

So whatever Tidal reports will be seen as true? How does it work?

Doesnt Jay Z own it, so he could make up insane #s?

Anyway Imagine Dragons seemed to be really frontloaded. Same pure sales of Dj Khaled who opened with just 50k

Nielsen audits it obviously.

Stone Sour!

Such BS! They would have the #1 album next week if stupid billboard didn't count streams.

I think Khaled will end up snatching a 2nd week and pulling another upset.

Which just goes to show how dead and irrelevant sales are. I doubt even 5% of the country knows who they are. Not to mention that's the lowest sales in history for a #1 seller...

Kinda surprised by the numbers of Imagine Dragons (pure sales). They are stable on iTunes the whole week.
