Folks keep wanting Katy to feel humiliated but.... she doesn't seem like she feels embarrassed about much of anything, even when "she should". This woman has always been very unserious. The only time I remember seeing her mostly serious was that 24 hour Witness thing she did and people made fun of her then too. If she does care what people think, she seems to get over it rather quickly or she has a good poker face.

She doesn't care. That's the problem. If you read the open note she posted to her fans, there's no real accountability for her actions that led to the latest wave of hate. It's like she doesn't realize or care that what she did was tone deaf as hell. I used to really like Katy at one point too which is why it's so disappointing.
