Everything kinda looks like a red herring to me tbh, unless they are REALLY unprofessional with the code. But judging from what Rolling Stone just tweeted there could be last minute surprises. Maybe pre-orders open on monday with the album announcement, and then new single on February 13th up to pre-save? Dunno about the album. She has always said it would be out in february but it seems too sudden for a proper release, and too info out there for a surprise release

Lowkey I do think they were that sloppy or just didn't mind the fans finding out in advance, and the TMZ article was to cover their asses a little

This would be aweseome tbh. And if the Chappell duet is real that would make sense as the focus track from Mayhem in February. She'd have three simultaneous songs on radio (DWAS, Weeknd collab and Chappell collab) but since they'd all be duets more likely for radio to play them all. And these three songs would put pressure off the rest of the album to perform on streaming, which judging from "Disease" (no shade) is probably going to struggle a bit. It is what it is, most pop divas can't sustain huge numbers 15+ years into their careers.

Guys, there's a batch of fresh brownies in the freezer that I've been saving for the album. I'll be running out of my old batch just in time for the album announcement. The stars are aligning perfectly. This is a good sign Gaga is about to deliver her best work yet. YES!

Im kind of looking forward to what she's gonna put out post Harley Quinn. Neither single has really interested me but I love one or two album tracks from every album and her concepts are usually intriguing at the very least!

What would be the purpose of a "red herring" though? Yall can just say the visual direction isn't Gaga's best but nothing implies there are any red herrings at play.

i don't have any problem with the visual direction (in fact i kinda like it) i just think the timeslot is a bit iffy. but whatever as long as the music is good i guess
